Original Hot Yoga (90 min)


Step into our Original Hot Yoga class, inspired by the Ghosh and Bikram yoga traditions, in a seriously HOT room—set to 105°F with 40% humidity. This 90-minute session combines classic poses for all levels, boosting strength, flexibility, and hormonal balance. The heat works wonders for detoxification and circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized. Get ready to sweat, focus, and experience the powerful benefits from the inside out!

Hot Hour (60min)

Hot Hour is a 60-minute class perfect for beginners and all levels, with 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to get you moving and feeling amazing. Think of it as a remix of the Original Hot Yoga (a 90minute class)—except some poses flow together, and not every move is repeated. Expect to sweat it out and leave feeling refreshed and energized!

Warm Vinyasa Flow (75min)

Experience our 75-minute Warm Flow classes in a gently heated room (not as intense as Original Hot Yoga) with three unique styles to explore:

1. Warm Flow & Yin – Tuesdays at 5:30 pm: Start with an invigorating warm flow, then wind down with a candlelit yin session featuring long, slow holds that target deep connective tissue. Think 3-5 minute pigeon holds and stretches that sink in, leaving you feeling relaxed and restored.

2. Warm Vinyasa Flow – Thursdays at 5:30 pm: Flow through a sequence rooted in Vimana Yoga, designed to enhance flexibility and flow.

3. Warm Power Flow – Saturdays at 11 am: Build strength and stretch deeply in this dynamic flow.

Each class blends warmth, movement, and style, letting you find the perfect fit for your practice.

Original Hot Yoga+ Sound

This is a traditional Hot 90 class (beginners 90 minutes) with music! You will move through a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to invigorate and restore you inside and out. Unconventionally, this class will be mostly silent, and accompanied by music, with the teacher leading you through the poses with minimal verbal instruction. Enjoy!

Hatha Flow

Non-heated hatha flow, incorporates flow and multiple limbs of yoga including breath work and occasional Bhakti yoga (mantra/devotional chanting). What some students are saying:

Warm Devotional Flow (90min)

5pm Fridays: Join us for Warm Devotional Flow, a soulful blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ceremonial, and Bhakti Yoga that invites you on a journey back to your heart. Centered around sacred intention, this class weaves together dynamic breathwork, flowing sequences, somatic release, and the healing touch of light sound therapy in an extended savasana. Some yoga experience is helpful, but beginners are welcome—modifications will be offered. This is more than a class; it’s a heartfelt experience to connect deeply with yourself.
