+ What do I need to attend my first class?
A mat, towel, and water bottle are the only things you need. We do have mats and towels available for rent/purchase. Come well hydrated and on a mostly empty stomach.
+ I’m not flexible/in shape/strong/can’t touch my toes. Is yoga right for me?
Absolutely! Yoga is for every body. All people benefit from hot yoga. If you have unique needs, we will offer suggestions to accommodate you.
+ How much water should I drink before class?
Try and drink water consistently throughout the day, but don’t chug a big glass right before class. It’s not comfortable practicing with a full bladder. Make sure you come well hydrated.
+ Can I eat before class?
We recommend not eating a big or heavy meal before class. In fact, not eating at least two hours before glass is a good rule. Something lite like a small piece of fruit or protein before class can help you, just be careful not to overdo it.
+ Why the hot room?
Heat works wonders for the body, especially while practicing yoga! It promotes circulation, aids in detoxification and lymph drainage, optimizes recovery and allows your body to warm up faster.
+ How often should I practice?
We recommend practicing at least 3 times per week to maintain a solid practice and allow you to reap the benefits of the hot room.
+ Do you rent mats and towels? What if I forget my yoga clothes?
We do have mats and towels available to rent for a small fee. We also have mats, towels, drinks and some of the best yoga clothing available for purchase in our boutique.
+ How do I book a class?
Easy! Download our app or head to our website. Find the schedule (this is under Classes on the app) and select the class you’d like to attend. Click on ‘Book’. A description of the class will come up and you will be asked to confirm your booking. If you have a pass, just confirm your booking and you’re in! If you need to purchase a pass, you will be asked to select the pass you would like to purchase. Select your pass, enter your payment info, and confirm. That’s it!
+ What happens if I’m running late?
We have a strict on-time policy. If you’re late, you will likely be locked out. We understand life happens, if you are running late text and/call us at (808) 215-9220 and let us know ASAP.
